Speaking of apologies, I probably owe you one for that subject line. But I sent the entire “sorry” issue with nary a reference to the Biebs which I would file under NEXT LEVEL RESTRAINT.

While I was working on that issue, some of my thoughts fell out in verse form, which I’m sharing with you in this here mini issue! Keep reading for a trio of poems.
Sometimes, “sorry” is used as a hiding place. These first two poems touch on apologies that stem from feeling insecure or vulnerable.
